Our goal was to remove the mold, address the source of water intrusion, and provide long-term protection against future issues. Challenges Identified • Mold Infestation: Mold had spread across the foundation wall, likely due to prolonged exposure to moisture and high humidity levels in the basement. • Water Seepage: Water was seeping through cracks in the foundation wall, leading to moisture buildup and creating ideal conditions for mold growth. • Health and Structural Concerns: The presence of mold posed a potential health hazard for the homeowners, while continued moisture infiltration could weaken the foundation over time.
