About Tim Pronesti:
Tim joined the Jamison Basement Waterproofing team in 2021, bringing with him extensive experience in the construction industry. He spent several years honing his skills in residential plumbing before transitioning to the waterproofing field. Starting as a laborer, Tim quickly advanced to technician, thanks to his exceptional troubleshooting abilities and commitment to quality work. His hard work and leadership led him to become a crew foreman, and now, as a Project Manager, Tim specializes in solving complex water issues for our clients each day.
Tim is a certified Basement and Crawl Space Specialist, bringing expertise and professionalism to every project he oversees.
When he’s not working, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Wanting peace of mind, the homeowner contacted Jason Basement Waterproofing to install a code-compliant egress window , After speaking with Katie in the office and After project manager Tim evaluating the space, the team developed a plan to safely add a new egress system while preserving the integrity of the home’s foundation.
The installation process included:
• Excavating the exterior area around the foundation wall
• Carefully cutting through the concrete foundation
• Installing a properly sized egress window
• Adding a sump pump pump system to prevent water buildup
• Securing a durable window well with proper grading
• Sealing and waterproofing the installation...
