Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair in Rushland

The challenge we faced was that the wall that was leaking was built on a slab. To address this, we built a wall one block high and then installed below-grade waterproofing on the outside.

To address this, we installed our patent Grate-Drain drainage system, which channels groundwater seepage to the Grate Sump. We also installed a vapor barrier behind the finished wall to protect against any future wall leaks. Now the homeowner can refinish her basement.

The challenge we faced was that it was a very uneven crawl space, so we had to dig it out to make it level.

To address this, we first completed foundation stabilization and then installed a drainage system with a full encapsulation system for moisture control. The crawl space turned out beautifully.

Mr. Miller had baseboard heating around the entire basement, so we had to work around it, which was quite tough.

To address this, we provided a closed full-perimeter drainage system with cleanouts for inspection and maintenance. We also installed a new Grate Sump with a 1/3 HP pump and an airtight lid to protect against radon gases. In addition, we installed an entry wall drain to protect against leaking Bilco doors. Now, after heavy rain, Mr. Miller does not have to pull out the shop vac. Problem solved.
