The challenge we faced was that it was a pretty tough pump dig, but besides that, everything went smoothly.

To address this, we installed a Grate Sump with an airtight lid, a 1/3 horsepower Fast Sump, and a built-in pump stand to capture groundwater seepage, with the discharge line running to the back of the yard.

The challenge we faced was that this basement had a wide footer, so we had to break out a little bigger than usual.

To address this, we installed a full perimeter drainage system along with a sump pump with water backup, and we dug the discharge line underground 10 feet away from the home for proper drainage.

Since it was a finished wall, it was not possible to see behind it, which made the leak harder to find. However, once the wall was cut, the leak was identified. To address the issue, we provided one wall of drainage system with a new pump replacement and a backup inverter for 24-hour protection.

The challenges we faced were that we had a totally finished basement with carpet and everything, so our Senior Project Manager Steve first had to find the leak by starting with an outside water test to locate it.

Steve had seen this problem a few times before, so he knew how to approach it. After finding the leak, he recommended removing the lower portion of the wall. We then installed a new drainage system, parged the wall where the mud was washing into the basement, and tested the existing sump pump. Problem solved, and the homeowner was happy that she did not have to replace her entire existing drainage system.

Project Manger Steve Custus went out and met with the investors . He recommended a Grate- Sump basin with a built in pump stand , air-tight sump lid with a floor drain and because of the high water levels he recommended a higher capacity Sump pump with a dual float switch to ensure them they won't have another issue when it comes to the Sump pump.

Project Manager Steve went out and after seeing that this was a finish basement he knew that he only got one I shot to get this basement waterproofing problem solved . So after hearing the homeowners out and was told that it was an on going problem on one wall in the basement he knew exactly how to take care of it . So he proposal full vapor barrier that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate drain drain system which would channel the water to a knew Grate Sump .. This system provides the homeowners with a life time warranty so now they are confident enough to refinish their basement !

Another challenge we faced was that a concrete slab was in the way, so it had to be removed and put back by us in order to complete the installation. To address this, we installed a below-grade dampproofing solution with tar and membrane on the outside of the foundation wall.

After our project manager went out and met with Mr. Daniels he knew that Mr. Daniels just wanted a simple pump replacement so that's what we did . We replaced the very old outdated pump with a new 1/3hp cast iron pump with 3yr warranty. Now Mr Daniels can sleep at night with peace in mind now that he has a reliable pump .
