Commercial building the residents called there office told them water was coming over foundation wall during heavy storms .

Solutions provided:

This was a tough job because we had to do all the waterproofing from the exterior. Another challenge we faced was that a concrete slab was in the way, so it had to be removed and put back by us in order to complete the installation. To address this, we installed a below-grade dampproofing solution with tar and membrane on the outside of the foundation wall.
