Solution: Comprehensive Waterproofing and Drainage System We worked closely with the homeowners to develop a targeted plan that would address both the water intrusion and the damage to their finished basement. The solution involved a multi-step approach: 1. Interior Drainage System Installation: • We installed a sub-floor drainage system #GrateDrain around the perimeter of the basement. This included a French drain system to capture water before it could reach the walls and floor. • The water is directed into a sump pit where it is pumped away from the foundation, keeping the basement dry and preventing further water damage. The solution we provided was a full perimeter closed Drainage System with a new Grate Sump in the low spot of the basement . We also installed a 24hr Battery Back up system to protect the Basement from flooding due to power-outage . Now the property owners can finish the basement with peace & mind that there Basement will be dry during heavy rains ...

Jamison Basement Waterproofing installed a closed sub floor drainage (Grate Drain) system on the 3 perimeter walls to protect the basement from ground water seepage. We also installed a moisture vapor on the walls to protect the future finish basement from any wall leaks . To ensure that the basement would never flood even during a power outages we installed a back up inverter . Last but not least to control the moisture in the basement and to protect against mold growth we installed a high volume high efficient dehumidifier to keep the humidity below 50% . The project manager Steve Custus was on sight throughout the whole project and crew Foreman Dwight Custus ran the job . Project manager Steve went out to meet with Vinny , after seeing the Hugh puddle in the middle of the crawlspace plus and few wall cracks that were currently leaking we knew this crawlspace needed a full encapsulation system with drainage system and a Grate Sump . Vinny had useable space in the crawlspace that he wasn't currently using after installing our system he now has almost 500sq of useable space that he plan on using for storage. Problem solved !
