Why did the customer contact us?

Frank was flipping this house as and investment property and noticed the walls was bowing plus the basement was taking on a lot of water during heavy rains . At one point he thought about knocking the whole house down because the Basement was in such bad shape and since he talk to one of our crew Foremen he figure he have us out to look at .

Solutions provided:

The challenges we faced were the large amount of mud on the floor, bowing walls, a high water table, and the fact that there were no basement windows.

To address this, we first took care of the bowing walls with reinforced wall-stabilizing straps. Then, we handled the water problem with a full perimeter drainage system and two sump locations. We also added seven glass block windows and power-washed the floor down.
