Project Manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners and on the revisit Steve noticed the homeowners removed the crawlspace floor. Steve recommended a drainage around the perimeter of the crawlspace that will drain any ground water to the new Grate Sump. Project manager Steve Custus seen this problem before , when the homeowners put there home on the market and don’t have a ground water problem but more of a moisture problem. So Steve recommended a high volume dehumidifier with a moisture blocking coating applied to the foundation wall . In this case the homeowner knew exactly what he wanted to resolve his water issues, whether it was coming from the damp wet block foundation or the for wall joint he knew with the #GrateDrain french drain system , the basement would be dry forever ... Base off the engineer report the , best solution for this residential home was to install 4x4 post on solid concrete footers to support home permanently and stabilize the foundation .. .. Foreman Robert and his team came out to install the new footers and post . The installation process began with excavating the areas needed for the solid concrete footers . Once the holes were dug and the footings was poured than we moved on to repairing the sill-plate and adding the 4x4 post .. Foreman Robert and his team came out to Sistar joist and install post . The installation process began with digging the footers as needed for the post to be in stalled . Once the holes were dug and filled with concrete and rebar the post was installed.
