Preparation and Wall Cleaning: To begin, we cleaned the foundation wall to remove dirt and debris, ensuring proper adhesion of the carbon fiber straps. This step is crucial for ensuring the straps bond securely to the surface. 2. Installation of Carbon Fiber Straps: We installed carbon fiber reinforcement straps vertically across the affected wall. The challenges we faced were that, because it was a church, we had to install the job on a Saturday, and the pump dig was extremely hard because it was all stone, but we got it done.

To address this, Project Manager Steve proposed a GrateDrain drainage system with a new Grate Sump on the one wall where the water was seeping in. We also installed a 4-foot-high vapor barrier to protect against wall leaks and direct any wall seepage into the perimeter drainage system. Now the church can use their lunch room again.
