The challenge we faced was that water was coming up through the floor where an old sump pit had been covered over.

To address this, we installed a new Fast Sump with a 1/3 HP pump. We also painted a few areas on the wall where the paint was peeling to give it a clean look, and we did not charge him for the paint touch-up.
