To address this, our Project Manager went out to inspect the problems the homeowners were having. After seeing the dirt crawl space, he knew immediately that it needed to be completely sealed off from the home to eliminate smells and reduce humidity. We encapsulated the entire crawl space and added a Santa-Fe Advance 2 to control moisture. As a result, the smells went away, and the homeowners now have a little more storage room in the crawl space.

The challenge we faced was that it was a rental property that had been empty for a few months, and the basement was also finished, which made the job more difficult.

To address this, we installed a drainage system with two new sump pumps and a Santa-Fe Advance 2.
