This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (Closed drainage) system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a 2 FastSump combo double pump system and battery back ups . We also encapsulated the crawlspace to eliminate moisture odors and bugs .

Now the homeowners can finish their basement knowing their investment will be protected it ..
