Project manager Steve went out to meet with Vinny , after seeing the Hugh puddle in the middle of the crawlspace plus and few wall cracks that were currently leaking we knew this crawlspace needed a full encapsulation system with drainage system and a Grate Sump . Vinny had useable space in the crawlspace that he wasn't currently using after installing our system he now has almost 500sq of useable space that he plan on using for storage. Problem solved !

Project Manager Steve C went out and gave the homeowners a few options to keep the basement dry all the time , he even recommended starting with the Grate-Sump , sump pump and the wet area of the basement . The homeowners have the option of adding the perimeter drainage system at a later date . After few rains and the homeowners hearing the new Sump pump keeping the ground water below the slap during storms their problem is solved .

The solution involved a multi-step approach: 1. Interior Drainage System Installation: • We installed a sub-floor drainage system #GrateDrain around the perimeter of the basement. This included a French drain system to capture water before it could reach the walls and floor. • The water is directed into a sump pit where it is pumped away from the foundation, keeping the basement dry and preventing further water damage. The solution we provided was a full perimeter closed Drainage System with a new Grate Sump in the low spot of the basement . We also installed a 24hr Battery Back up system to protect the Basement from flooding due to power-outage . Now the property owners can finish the basement with peace & mind that there Basement will be dry during heavy rains ...

Project Manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners and the solutions they came up with was two foundation crack repairs where the blunt of the water was entering the basement. During the Basement inspection the homeowner pointed out a few areas where he also wanted the walls clean of potential mold growth. The installation crew arrived at 7:15am in Foremen Ken Mcknight in crew started the installation and during the install they found a Sump pit covered under the concrete slab that was filled with water . Since Ken is a senior Foremen he knew exactly what to do he recommended the homeowners add a fast Sump to the existing liner under the basement floor to remove the ground water seepage.
