Why did the customer contact us?

The nail salon upstairs was getting smells from the basement . And a lot of customers were complaining about the smells of mold or mildew. That's when they new they had to take care of this problem fast . So they gave us a call .

Solutions provided:

The challenge we faced was that this was a commercial building, so we could only work on the job on Saturdays and Sundays.

To address this, Project Manager Steve C. went out and met with the property owner, and the solution he provided was a drainage system on all outside walls along with a full vapor barrier, mold treatment to protect against wall leaks, and a Grate Sump in the low spot. After the job was finished, all the damp smells and odors went away, and now they have zero customer complaints.
