Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair in Rose Valley

The challenge we faced was working in a finished basement. To address this, we installed a Santa-Fe system.

The challenge we faced was that this basement had a wide footer, so we had to break out a little bigger than usual.

To address this, we installed a full perimeter drainage system along with a sump pump with water backup, and we dug the discharge line underground 10 feet away from the home for proper drainage.

The challenge we faced was removing the finished material to gain access to the foundation wall.

To address this, Project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowner and, after presenting a few solutions such as outside dampproofing and a sump pump with a drainage system, the homeowner chose the Grate Sump with a full vapor barrier and the Grate-Drain drainage system, which channels water below the basement slab to the Grate Sump.

The challenge in this home was a heavily leaking basement foundation.

First, Dave went out to meet with the new clients. After hearing them out, Dave recommended installing a full perimeter drain system called GrateDrain to capture the groundwater coming in from the floor and wall joint. The GrateDrain system was a great solution to major groundwater seepage problems, as it channels all the groundwater to the GrateSump, which can remove 2400 GPH.

Finally, the installation crew came out, and after 3 days, the job was completed and ready for the next heavy rainfall.
