Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners and to discuss their concerns , afterwards solution we provided was a full perimeter (closed) Drainage system / mold removal / new Sump pump and a high volume dehumidifier to reduce moisture and keep the humidity below 50% So mold won't grow. Crew Foremen Dwight Custus installed this project and just two days .... Now the homeowners have a Healthy environment that they can now use as usable space ..

We provided the new homeowners with a level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a primary 1/3hp GrateSump pump and a full perimeter GrateDrain (Closed ) drainage system .. Far as structural support gore project manager Steve Custus recommended carbon fiber straps to take the load off of the block foundation.
