After our project manager went out and met with Mr. Daniels he knew that Mr. Daniels just wanted a simple pump replacement so that's what we did . We replaced the very old outdated pump with a new 1/3hp cast iron pump with 3yr warranty. Now Mr Daniels can sleep at night with peace in mind now that he has a reliable pump .

So after hearing the homeowners out and was told that it was an on going problem on one wall in the basement he knew exactly how to take care of it . So he proposal full vapor barrier that will drain any wall leaks down into the Grate drain drain system which would channel the water to a knew Grate Sump .. This system provides the homeowners with a life time warranty so now they are confident enough to refinish their basement !

The challenges we faced were that we had a totally finished basement with carpet and everything, so our Senior Project Manager Steve first had to find the leak by starting with an outside water test to locate it.

Steve had seen this problem a few times before, so he knew how to approach it. After finding the leak, he recommended removing the lower portion of the wall. We then installed a new drainage system, parged the wall where the mud was washing into the basement, and tested the existing sump pump. Problem solved, and the homeowner was happy that she did not have to replace her entire existing drainage system.

Foreman Dwight and the crew faced the challenge of pumping the water out of the crawl space before they could get started.

To address this, Project Manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowners, and after reviewing the home inspection report, he knew exactly how to solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

Steve provided the homeowners with a new Grate Sump with drainage matting and a full encapsulation seal system. He also replaced the rotted wood supports with new steel supports. Since the radon fan was not working, we replaced that as well. Lastly, and most importantly, we sealed the four open vents and provided insulation by spray-foaming the rim joists with closed-cell spray foam. Now the new homeowners have the confidence that the issue is solved, so they can move forward with purchasing their new home.

Certified Crawlspace design specialist Steven Custus went out to do a full inspection this crawlspace. And from his findings he came up with the solution of to removed the debris and sprayed a Mold treatment to prep for the Crawlspace encapsulation. But first To direct water out of the crawl space, Jamison installed a new GrateSump pump. If water enters the crawl space, it flows beneath the CleanSpace liner, across drainage matting into the drainage system to the sump pump. The SuperSump then pumps the water out of the space through a discharge line 15ft away from the house. We also removed the rotted wood supports and installed steel piers for proper support. Than the durable 16 mil thick liner made of many layers of polyester cord reinforcement. Mechanically fastened on the walls and florof the crawl space . The CrawlSheild provides a barrier for any water that may enter the Crawlspace space. One of the greatest top benefits of CrawlSheild is the antimicrobial additive manufactured into the liner. This odorless and safe additive prevents mold growth on the inside of the liner. This crawl space is no dry useable for many years to come .
