The challenges we faced were installing the drainage system around the perimeter of the crawl space, as it was a very small, dirty, and damp area to work in.

To address this, Project Manager Steve C. went out to meet with the new clients and recommended a drainage system around both the crawl space and basement. Steve also recommended a moisture vapor barrier on the basement walls to protect the future finished basement from any wall leakage.

Now, with the basement and crawl space dry, the homeowners will be able to add more dry, usable space.

Certified Waterproofing specialist Steven Custus came out with a solution to meet the new potential buyers needs , he recommended a full Grate (closed ) Drainage system because we would also be installing a Radon mitigation as well. We also installed two new Grate Sump ( Closed Sump liners) with discharge lines 15ft to move water from the foundation of the home .. Now the new homeowners have a Healthy Basement certificate to go with their new home which is a life warranty that's transferable to the next homeowners if in when they decide to sell ..

Steve went out and met with Braden and because Steve installed quite a few egress escape window this was a quick fix . Steve took in the concerns that Braden told him about how this was really a safety precaution for his son and Steve totally understood. So Steve proposal a Beautiful stone egress window surrounded with large window that will make exiting the basement every quick and easy . Now Braden has the peace and mind that he now has a secondary exit out of his home through the Basement .

Project manger Steve Custus went out to meet with the homeowner and after a full basement inspection, Steve recommended a Sub-floor Closed drainage system. The Grate Sump will remove the water from the basement and discharge to the back yard. The Basement professional also recommended replacing the homeowners existing open Sump pump with a new closed Sump pit. Project manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners and after a short period of time he knew exactly what would take care of their problem plus fit there needs . We had to remove some finish material for installation of the grate drain drainage system they we were able to channel to their existing sump pump basin . That the last thing we installed was a santa-Fe advance to control moisture and eliminate smells in Odors...
