Why did the customer contact us?

The Beavers contacted us after discovering the home that they just purchased had signs of mold growth in the basement. They have little children within the home so didn't want to take any chances. Upon inspection, it looks like the Basement flooded once or twice before.

To address this, Project Manager and Waterproofing Specialist Steve met with the Beavers and went over every single detail they wanted to accomplish with their basement. From there, he designed a system that would keep the basement dry all the time. This solution included a full perimeter drainage system with a full thermal wall vapor barrier, 2 Grate Sumps, and all new glass block windows. The GrateDrain drainage system offers a lifetime warranty that the basement floor will stay dry from groundwater seepage for the life of the home. Additionally, we provided them with a high-efficiency basement dehumidifier that covers up to 2,000 square feet. Now the Beavers can finish their basement.
