Project manager Steve Custus met with the renters and came up with a plan to fix this water problem once and for all . After other companies fail attempts on fixing the problem Steve knew exactly what to do he proposal a Grate Sump / Grate Drain Drainage System and a walk vapor barrier to Chanel wall leaks down into the drainage system .. Now that Tony was able to get the problem solved he now has happy tenants. Jamison basement waterproofing also offered Tony a service agreement where they will revisit the property once a year to make sure everything is functioning properly..

The challenge we faced was getting this project installed within a week because the new tenants were moving in.

To address this, we provided him with a Level 2 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system along the front wall with a vapor barrier. We also installed a FastSump pump system that can pump 2400 gallons of water per hour.
