This not only gave the garage a sleek, modern appearance but also helped reduce the visibility of dust and stains while making the space feel more polished. 2. Basement Foundation Wall Stucco Repair: • Surface Cleaning and Prep: To begin the stucco repair, we cleaned the foundation wall, removing loose debris, dirt, and moisture. This was crucial to creating a proper bond for the new stucco. • Crack and Damage Repair: We patched all visible cracks and chipped areas with high-quality stucco repair material, ensuring the surface was smooth and stable. Project Manager Steve Custus went out and solved this problem a few 100 times before so he knew exactly what to recommend. He recommended a window well drain that would catch any water inside the window well before it reaches the window and channel the water in the grate drain drainage system below that will channel the water to the Grate Sump . Project Manager Dave was sent out to meet with the homeowners and after a short meeting he recommended an Egress Window be installed. Dave also recommended a full perimeter drainage system ( Grate-Drain ) to insure the basement stays dry for the life of the structure. Now the homeowners will have peace of mind that their new investment will be protected.

Another challenge we faced was that a concrete slab was in the way, so it had to be removed and put back by us in order to complete the installation. To address this, we installed a below-grade dampproofing solution with tar and membrane on the outside of the foundation wall.
