Chris was finishing the Basement on one of his rental propertys and needed a egress window to be added to pass code so that the Basement could be finish .With finishing the basement he could add more square footage to the home . So that's when he figure he contact us .

Solutions provided:

The challenge we faced was that it was a stone foundation, and nothing is easy when trying to make an opening in an 18-inch-thick stone foundation wall. Each stone had to be removed one by one by a stone mason.

To address this, we installed a new egress window that is up to code for a secondary exit out of the basement. Now Chris can finish the basement and does not have to worry about the safety of his tenants if they ever need to exit out of the basement.
