Foreman Derek Price led the Jamison team through the rigourous repair. The well area was very small and with the water main running through the middle of it made it even tougher. First they had to seal up a cracks in the foundation of the well area than apply the encapsulation system . After that the Grate Sump sump pump was installed to pump water out of the old water well area. We also replace the very old open Sump pump on their other side of the basement to reduce smells and odors .

Project Manager Dwight Custus recommended a moisture vapor barrier on the walls to channel any future walls leaks down into the GrateDrain drainage system . The GrateDrain system will channel the water to the Grate Sump pump which will than exit the water to the outside 15ft from the home . Project manager Ed recommend our crack repair method were first stop the crack from leaking than apply a Waterproofing membrane over the crack .. Now the homeowners can refinish the basement without fair of mold growing behind their finish walls .

Our project Manager came out to look at the issue and because Nick neighbor had the same problem that Nick was currently having Steve new exactly with to proposal . We install a new air-tight Grate Sump pump kit with a partial Grate drainage system to capture ground water seepage and channel it to the Grate Sump . Now Nick call refinish his basement and don't have to get nervous when it rains anymore.
