Project Manager Dwight Custus recommended a moisture vapor barrier on the walls to channel any future walls leaks down into the GrateDrain drainage system . The GrateDrain system will channel the water to the Grate Sump pump which will than exit the water to the outside 15ft from the home .

After a few flash floods the homeowners now know that their Waterproofing system worked great ..
