Professional Basement Waterproofing and Crawl Space Repair in Fairless Hills, PA

Located in Lower Bucks County, Fairless Hills, PA is a well-established community known for its family-friendly neighborhoods, convenient location, and decades of residential growth. While many homes in the area have stood the test of time, aging foundations, changing soil conditions, and years of exposure to Pennsylvania's weather can contribute to basement water problems and structural concerns.

At Jamison Basement Waterproofing, provides proven solutions designed to help Fairless Hills homeowners protect their properties from moisture intrusion and foundation damage. Water entering through basement walls or floors, elevated humidity levels, musty odors, and signs of foundation movement are often indicators of underlying drainage or structural issues. Our team conducts detailed evaluations to determine exactly where the problem originates and recommends solutions tailored to the home's specific needs.

Throughout the year, homes in Fairless Hills experience a wide range of weather conditions, from heavy summer rainstorms and humid temperatures to freezing winters and seasonal snowmelt. These conditions can saturate the soil around a foundation, creating pressure against basement walls and increasing the likelihood of leaks, cracks, and long-term deterioration. If moisture problems are ignored, they can eventually contribute to mold growth, damaged building materials, unhealthy indoor air quality, and costly structural repairs.

Our waterproofing specialists offer a full range of basement and foundation services, including interior waterproofing systems, sump pump installations, foundation crack repairs, exterior waterproofing solutions, crawl space encapsulation, drainage improvements, dehumidification systems, and structural reinforcement. Every project is customized to address the unique conditions of the home and provide lasting protection against future water intrusion.

Since 1989, Jamison Basement Waterproofing has been helping homeowners throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania maintain safer, drier, and healthier homes. As a locally owned and family-operated company, we take pride in delivering straightforward recommendations, quality workmanship, and dependable customer care. With decades of hands-on experience, our team remains committed to providing effective waterproofing and foundation repair solutions that homeowners can trust.

Project manager Steve went out to meet with Vinny , after seeing the Hugh puddle in the middle of the crawlspace plus and few wall cracks that were currently leaking we knew this crawlspace needed a full encapsulation system with drainage system and a Grate Sump . Vinny had useable space in the crawlspace that he wasn't currently using after installing our system he now has almost 500sq of useable space that he plan on using for storage. Problem solved !

The challenge we faced was that this was a commercial building, so we could only work on the job on Saturdays and Sundays.

To address this, Project Manager Steve C. went out and met with the property owner, and the solution he provided was a drainage system on all outside walls along with a full vapor barrier, mold treatment to protect against wall leaks, and a Grate Sump in the low spot. After the job was finished, all the damp smells and odors went away, and now they have zero customer complaints.

The challenges we faced were the large amount of mud on the floor, bowing walls, a high water table, and the fact that there were no basement windows.

To address this, we first took care of the bowing walls with reinforced wall-stabilizing straps. Then, we handled the water problem with a full perimeter drainage system and two sump locations. We also added seven glass block windows and power-washed the floor down.

The challenge we faced was removing the finished material to access the wall crack that the homeowner did not know was hidden behind the finished wall.

To address this, we offered our maximum protection package, where we sealed the crack from both the inside and the outside. On the outside, we dug all the way down to the footer and applied a rubber membrane and coating. On the inside, we installed our Techni-Crack repair system to ensure the homeowners would not have a problem from this wall crack again. Now they can begin the process of refinishing the damaged finished material in their basement.

This is a problem that we see all the time at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

To address this, Project Manager Steve Custus recommended our 4 ft GrateDrain doorway entry drain, which channels water to the homeowner’s existing sump basin. We also upgraded the homeowner’s sump pump to a half-horsepower pump that can remove 3900 gallons of water per hour from the basement.

Now, for the first time in years, the homeowner does not have to worry when it rains.

Jamison Basement Waterproofing Project Manager Steven Custus went out to meet with the new homeowners. Steve recommended a full perimeter drainage system. The GrateDrain (Closed) drainage system will drain the water from below the basement floor to the GrateSump. The GrateSump with an 1/2hp pump can remove up to 3,400 gallons of water per hour from the basement. We installed 3 GrateSumps because of the high volume of water this home was taking on.

Project Manager Steve C went out and gave the homeowners a few options to keep the basement dry all the time , he even recommended starting with the Grate-Sump , sump pump and the wet area of the basement . The homeowners have the option of adding the perimeter drainage system at a later date . After few rains and the homeowners hearing the new Sump pump keeping the ground water below the slap during storms their problem is solved .

The challenge we faced was that it was a tight area to dig, so we had to hand dig everything.

To address this, our Project Manager Ed went out and knew exactly what it would take to get the issue resolved quickly. He proposed an egress escape window and well. The township approved everything, and both the new homeowners and previous clients are happy.
