Jim gave us a call after his wife started to smell a mildew coming from the basement. After further investigation they noticed damp carpet next to a window in the basement. So that's when they gave us a call at Jamison Basement Waterproofing.

The challenge we faced was removing the finished material to access the wall crack that the homeowner did not know was hidden behind the finished wall.

To address this, we offered our maximum protection package, where we sealed the crack from both the inside and the outside. On the outside, we dug all the way down to the footer and applied a rubber membrane and coating. On the inside, we installed our Techni-Crack repair system to ensure the homeowners would not have a problem from this wall crack again. Now they can begin the process of refinishing the damaged finished material in their basement.
