The homeowners gave us a call because of the smells & odors coming up stairs on warm days from the dirt crawlspace Below their living room area . They knew the humidity down stairs was a problem. So they gave us a call .

The challenge we faced was working in a very small and tight crawl space.

To address this, our Project Manager went out to inspect the problems the homeowners were having. After seeing the dirt crawl space, he knew immediately that it needed to be completely sealed off from the home to eliminate smells and reduce humidity. We encapsulated the entire crawl space and added a Santa-Fe Advance 2 to control moisture. As a result, the smells went away, and the homeowners now have a little more storage room in the crawl space.
