The East Falls Philadelphia Homeowners were looking to add more living space to their home and what easier way to do that than by fishing their basement, but first they have to protect their new investment from ground water seepage. So that’s when they called the professionals at Jamison Basement Waterproofing !

Jamison Basement Waterproofing installed a closed sub floor drainage (Grate Drain) system on the 3 perimeter walls to protect the basement from ground water seepage. We also installed a moisture vapor on the walls to protect the future finish basement from any wall leaks . To ensure that the basement would never flood even during a power outages we installed a back up inverter . Last but not least to control the moisture in the basement and to protect against mold growth we installed a high volume high efficient dehumidifier to keep the humidity below 50% .

The project manager Steve Custus was on sight throughout the whole project and crew Foreman Dwight Custus ran the job . The end results Wes another dry basement all ready to be finished in the near future.
