My Hardie father passed so the house was left to him and he was putting it on the market and a buyer made a offer but wanted the water issue taking care of first .

What challenges did we face?

First I had to find where the water was coming in at because it was his father home so he wasn't sure what was going on also the basement was finish so that made my job a little harder .

We provided a grate sump with drainage system along on pe wall we also cut the finish walls 4ft high and ran 4ft vapor barrier up the walls as well .
