What challenges did we face?

Project Manager Tim Pronesti conducted a comprehensive inspection of the client’s basement to assess ongoing moisture concerns. During his evaluation, Tim identified elevated humidity levels and signs of moisture intrusion along the walls and floor.

Based on his findings, Tim recommended a two-part solution:

1. Installation of a high-volume dehumidifier to continually control humidity and maintain a dry, healthy environment.


2. Application of a moisture-blocking coating on both the basement walls and floor to prevent water seepage, protect structural materials, and improve overall appearance.

This combined approach not only provides the homeowner with a cleaner, more attractive basement, but also delivers long term protection by reducing moisture levels and helping preserve the integrity of the foundation walls.
