Jamison came to my home today to put in a new sump pump and a dehumidifier. The team , Lamier, James and Nasir ,did a fantastic job! They were very polite, answered any questions I had and had a wealth of knowledge to share with me about what they were doing. They protected the floors in my home from their traffic and did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished. Thanks guys!!

Project Manager Tim Pronesti conducted a comprehensive inspection of the client’s basement to assess ongoing moisture concerns. During his evaluation, Tim identified elevated humidity levels and signs of moisture intrusion along the walls and floor.

Based on his findings, Tim recommended a two-part solution:

Installation of a high-volume dehumidifier to continually control humidity and maintain a dry, healthy environment.
Application of a moisture-blocking coating on both the basement walls and floor to prevent water seepage, protect structural materials, and improve overall appearance.

This combined approach not only provides the homeowner with a cleaner, more attractive basement, but also delivers long term protection by reducing moisture levels and helping preserve the integrity of the foundation walls.

Project manager Steve Custus went out to meet with the Philadelphia homeowners , after asking the homeowners a few questions and based off his findings Steve recommended a healthy basement level 1 . This will give the homeowners a lifetime warranty from ground water seepage along the front wall of the basement... At Jamison Basement Waterproofing we recommend staying on top of your sump pump maintenance so your equipment will be ready when you need it. A defective sump pump probably won’t be obvious until it fails to operate when it’s really needed. By then, basement flooding and water damage could be extreme.
