Comment: I was recommend to Jamison by Marsha P she highly recommend you also one of the estimates was from coulter when I told him I was getting other estimates he recommend you . The installation crew worked very very hard . I was only satisfied and not very because they couldn’t get the system behind my water heater.

Comment: I mainly pick Jamison because of their Reputation / Credibility and Dwight Custus the project manager . The installation crew was excellent (. First Class ) they left my basement cleaner than when they came !

Comment: These guys were well mannered / professional and neat workers beside the erro they made when drilling the Sump pump discharge line to high and ending up in my living room everything went smooth . Steven Custus was very helpful with over seeing things ..

Comment: I had a wonderful experience with working with Jamison Waterproofing. Steve Custus was very knowledgeable and transparent with solving my water issues through the sales process and follow up . Steve and the crew were very professional. Kevin Romans who was the Forman walked me through the steps they took along the way to ensure I understood the work they performed . I'm very pleased the work that has been done and highly recommend them for waterproofing needs.

Comment: We finally had our basement waterproofed after years of flooding and water issues. We had 5 estimates by different companies done. Jamison was the winner because of the grate drain system they use, the warranty, and the reasonable price. They didn't act like salesmen and wrote up an estimate based on what we actually needed. Whenever I had a question, Steve was quick to reply and knowledgeable. I was happy with the work and the crew took care tidy up, even covering the floors with paper from door to door. When we were concerned about a loose spot in the concrete, a repair was made within a week. In the end, our basement is dry for the first time, Steve&his crew were friendly, and I'm pleased with the quality of work

Comment: Ed Epright gave me the solution that I felt best . Derek and the crew were professional, hard working ! They provided quality work , They even worked straight through lunch on day 2 of the job . Derek was extremely professional he explained the work throughout the whole process.

I am preparing to finish the small basement in my 1926 twin home by converting it to a guest space with a powder room. In the short time we’ve lived at our house, the basement hasn’t flooded, but I decided that if I’m going to the trouble and expense to install flooring, framing, drywall, etc., then I’d be wise to invest in a waterproofing system. Jamison was well-reviewed and located nearby. I gave them a call to schedule a consultation, and Steve was at my home no more than a day or two later, I believe. He walked me through different options, but suggested the typical solution for my basement; a vapor barrier combined with a French drain that would run along the majority of my basement’s outside wall (about 30 feet). He quoted the project at $3,000. Steve’s team came and were able to have everything installed within a working day. It was a loud process, but they left everything clean, and even took the time to lay down a paper walkway so that they wouldn’t track dirt and dust through the house. The end product looked nice. Unfortunately, just a few months later our plumber had to remove part of the French drain as part of a rough-in. Fortunately, Jamison came out again and repaired the effected part of the drain at no cost. Amazing customer service! So, we haven’t seen any moisture come into the waterproofed part of the basement since Jamison installed our system. Now, since we didn’t really have an issue before, it’s hard to say whether or not the system has anything to do with that, but at the very least it gives me peace of mind to know that there is a measure in place in case we were to ever get a big storm or snow melt. The basement still isn’t finished, but my hope is that when it is, it will feel nice and dry as a result of the waterproofing system Jamison put in. All in all, the customer service that Jamison provides is great. They are super responsive and stand by their work. I believe that we were also given the guarantee that if any of the waterproofed parts of our basement were to flood, Jamison would cover the costs. Something like that. Anyway, highly recommended!

Comment: Hi Steve, Everything looks great! We can't believe It's done. We are very happy with the results. If it's ok, we may reach out to you if we have questions while renovating. We don't want to damage the vapor barrier. I shared with Dwight and the crew I was amazed how clean the basement looked after each work day. I completed the questionare but can share my feedback directly. Everyone was professional and courteous start to finish. I appreciated your accessibility to answer questions throughout the whole process. We ultimately chose Jamison because you were knowledgeable and clear on your explanation of the project both generally and specifically to our home. We appreciated you weren't a pushy salesperson.
