Comment: Sales rep Dave was great and the installation crew finished the job right on Time they evened showed up the same time each morning with vehicles that were clean & attractive.

Comment: The main reason I chose Jamison Basement Waterproofing was because of their Reputation and Pricing, my friends have used them for repairs before . The installation crew was polite,neat the crew Foremen even double checked his work which was most appreciated.

If you have no idea how to deal with waterproofing or issues from water, Jameson Home Services can do a great job for you. I recently had some mitigation done through their Basement Waterproofing division and they were able to quickly and efficiently work with me to get the whole issue resolved in less than two weeks time. Their work crew was here for about 90 minutes and did a great job patching an issue and sealing my basement to prevent any further issues. Throughout the process, they were able to contact me and keep me in the loop on timeframes. For someone with no real home improvement experience, it was great to have them handle this for me quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The cost was not prohibitive, but expect to pay fairly for quality service and professionalism.

Our 'A' rating of Jamison Basement Waterproofing is not NOT because the job went smoothly, but because it didn't. Through no fault of theirs, we experienced problems with the dehumidiifier (manufacturer replaced it promptly). There were problems with our wiring, which Jamison fixed at no cost. On top of that, our carbon monoxide detector went off once, resulting in the fire department arriving in the middle of the installation! At every point, this contractor responded to the problems promptly and professionally. Kudos to David, Ed and the whole crew. Everyone at Jamison we dealt with was courteous, professional and well trained. On top of that the price was extremely competitive. Having a clean dry basement is wonderful. As we have some allergy problems it has made a noticeable difference to our health as well. Doing a good job when things move smoothly is one thing. However, if you want a basement waterproofing contractor who works well when the going gets rough, we strongly recommend Jamison.

Jamison did an awesome job fixing the water problem I had in my crawl space. Every time it rained, my crawl space would fill up like a swimming pool, and I would have to spend hours vacuuming up the mess. When the crew came out to do the job, they were extremely professional and clean with their work. Derek was the lead technician, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite, and he did a great job keeping me updated on the progress and explaining everything about my new system. They are also very responsive if you have any problems after install. They get back to you immediately and take care of any warranty items at no cost to you. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs waterproofing done at their house.
