Upon inspecting the situation, our project manager Tim found that water seepage was infiltrating through the foundation wall, creating high humidity and mold growth. Solution: Mold Remediation and Comprehensive Waterproofing We worked closely with the homeowners to create a plan that would not only remove the existing mold but also address the underlying moisture issue to prevent future mold growth. Here’s the approach we took: 1. Mold Remediation: We started by carefully removing all visible mold from the foundation wall using specialized cleaning products. Our team wore protective gear to ensure safety during the remediation process. After the removal, we applied a mold inhibitor to prevent future mold growth. 2.
