Comment: Jamison did a great job! Respectful of property and to my tenants and pets. They did fast work at a reasonable cost and it was a high quality waterproofing job (6 months later, despite heavy downpours, my basement is dry as a bone despite previously getting constant flooding).

Wonderful work by a locally owned company. I have nothing but praise for everyone I've been in contact with. Sales, office, support and the craftsmen installing the french drain and sump pump. The company returned a month later to handle some stabilization issues in the basement. I couldn't be more pleased or confident in my choice, them and the work they've completed. Mr. Custus and his crew was amazing two years later in my basement is still dry. They were professional and made sure to protect my carpets and protect my items in the basement. They placed the sump pump where I want it so I could still keep my bathroom in the basement also the warranty is transferable so I am very happy because I intend on selling my home , great company highly recommend ..

Comment: Our experience with Jamison was excellent. When we had them inspect the damage leading to flooding in our basement, they conveyed a sense of urgency regarding our foundation damage and flooding without taking advantage of our stress and vulnerability. We had a third party in this business (with no skin in the game) review their quote and he said it seemed very fair, well thought out, and appropriate for what needed to be done. The work took two days and the Jamison employees left our home in perfect condition.

I made calls to several other companies in the area, and am happy I went with Jamison. They were professional, organized, and the communication was very clear. Tyrell, and his team including Kyle and Darren performed all of the work in a very timely manner. They were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up very nicely upon completion of the job. Had a great experience with the crew that came to do our basement. We had a vapor barrier placed in a crawl space that was very small and hard to work in. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and effecient I highly recommend this company!!

My annual maintenance on basement pump and battery back up was serviced this morning. Alton was a true professional. He was prompt; and took the time to explain the services he provided that was listed on the check list. I was very pleased with the services provided by Alton.

Solved my water problem while providing professional, organized and comprehensive service! I called Jamison after discovering that groundwater had been seeping into my finished basement for weeks. I was greeted over the phone by a friendly and very helpful administrator who understood my problem and helped to navigate the next steps with ease. We discussed the severity of the problem and she advocated for a prompt evaluation and estimate. The estimator showed up to my house the very next day! He was on-time, friendly, and provided a knowledgeable evaluation of the problem, along with a comprehensive solution. He provided clear follow up communication by phone and email. We scheduled the job to be completed -- installation of a perimeter drain and sump pump, in addition to several waterproofing strategies. Two weeks later, the crew arrived to complete the job over 48 hours. The crew was also remarkably professional, friendly, prompt and communicative. They did fantastic work and my basement is now completely dry for the first time in months! I've discussed my experience with friends and family who are knowledgeable about waterproofing/plumbing, and they've commented very positively on the professionalism, knowledge and affordability that I found in my experience with Jamison.Would definitely recommend highly to others
