Comment: Took 1 month to get an appt. Rep was 1.5 hours late and never called he was running late. Start date promised 8/5 at contract signing. Waited 2 hours on 8/5 had to call Jamison and was told start date was changed to 8/14. No call to confirm start date changed. Battery backup added to contact on 7/2. Installation crew not aware battery backup was to be part of contact. No call but showed up at door next day at 7:45 am with battery backup. I think there can be some simple improvement in communications. Not too difficult and it would match up with your excellent installation crew.
