Comment: Experienced water in my basement about two months ago. Found Jamison online through Yelp and called right away. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and said they were booked up for the next month (they got about a hundred calls from the rainstorm in July). Their manager Steve came out to give me a quote to do a French drain on half my basement. I thought the price was very fair considering I was expecting it to be a lot more. We set a date for his crew to come out. They arrived promptly and were professional. The guys set down cardboard so that they did not make a mess coming in and out of the house. The project took about half the day and it looked great when they were finished. A few days later we noticed our utility sink that they had to work around was leaking. I called Steve and he came over within hours to diagnose the problem. While he was not able to fix it, he called his plumber to come out the next day. Jamison took care of the bill as I had hoped they would. It has been a week of straight rain all day all night and we have a dry basement. These guys are the only ones you should call for a basement waterproofing project. Thank you Jamison!!
