Kim contacted us because she plans on putting her house on the market and her home inspector recommended she get her wet basement problem resolved , so she wouldn't have any problems with the sell of her home .

Because the basement was finished and had a tile floor, we had to be very careful so that damage would be minimal.

To address this, Project Manager Steve went out and met with Kim. Steve recommended a closed drainage system that would capture water at the floor-wall joint and channel it to the existing sump pump. The Grate-Drain drainage system offers a lifetime warranty that is also transferable to the next homeowners. Now Kim can put her house on the market without fear of losing value because of a wet basement. Problem solved.
