The challenge we faced was having to remove the finished material to access the basement foundation walls.

Jamison Basement Waterproofing solved the water and dampness issues by installing a closed GrateDrain subfloor drainage system with a GrateSump System to ensure the basement would stay dry at all times.

Jamison also installed a moisture vapor barrier behind the finished walls to protect against basement wall leaks. Now the basement can be refinished without fear of mold growth.
