The challenge we faced was finding the source of the leak behind the finished walls.

To address this, Project Manager Steve C. provided the homeowner with a Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a partial GrateDrain drainage system and a vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual-chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3 HP FastSump pump and a high-water alarm. This solution comes with a lifetime warranty on the walls where we performed the work.
