Why did the customer contact us?

The Hatboro PA homeowners contacted us after the water table underneath their basement floor started to rise and water started to enter the basement at the floor wall joint , After staying up all night using the shop vac and could barley keep up with the amount of water that was coming in the homeowners finally called quits and contacted us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing

Solutions provided:

The challenge we faced was trying to waterproof the basement while there was a large amount of water under the basement floor, so we had to set up temporary pumps during the installation.

To address this, we installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a sealed full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with inspection ports throughout the entire system. We also installed a dual-chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3 HP FastSump pump and a high-water alarm. This solution will give the homeowner a lifetime warranty against groundwater seepage for the life of the home.
