The Flourtown homeowners called us because after moving into their new home and started noticing some signs of moisture & water damage when the startered to gut their basement . That's when they new they had to have this problem resolved before they refinish the basement before the holidays.

Our project Manager Steve went out to meet with the homeowners and after a short period of time he knew exactly what they wanted to accomplish , because Steve was a crew Foremen for over 10years he knew how to approach this one . So first he proposal some wall Parging than we applied full vapor with a full drainage system with a Sump pump . Than to control the humidity we installed a high efficient dehumidifier to keep the humidity below 50% so they never have to worry about smells and odors .
