The Perkasie PA homeowner was dealing with a small leak in one of the corners of his basement over the past few years . After trying to seal it his self with flex seal / hydraulic cement and repairing the downspout the leak still go worst and after not being able to take it anymore he called us at Jamison Basement Waterproofing..

Project Manager Ed Upright knew exactly what would solve this minor leak for this client , Ed recommended a healthy basement level 1 certificate which consist of our GrateDrain drainage in the area where the leak was , the GrateDrain drainage system will channel the ground water leak to the fast sump which will than pump the water 15ft from the home all while keeping the basement dry . The homeowner made it clear to Ed that he only wanted to fix the leak in this corner of the basement which we was successful doing ..
