Project Manager Steve C provided the clients with a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a sealed full perimeter GrateDrain (drainage system ) moisture blocking coating on the walls ,We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump with a high water alarm. We also installed a high efficiency dehumidifier to keep the humidity in the basement below 50%. A new radon system to go along with new glass block windows . Last we coated the floor with a moisture blocking epoxy..
