Sam contacted us after calling a few other companys that never showed up. Sam was renting out this property for about 5 years and with intentions of now selling, didn't want the basement to be a deal breaker. He had high humidity crumbling stone walls and the basement floor was in poor shape.

We faced challenges in prepping the walls for the parging due to the poor condition of the walls.

To address this, Steve knew right away what to propose after hearing the customer’s concerns. We cleaned the walls and then parged them. After that, we patched areas of the floor with concrete and coated it twice. Steve even referred a company to Sam to remove his old oil tank properly. The job turned out great.
