Why did the customer contact us?

Susan called us out because of the problem with Moisture and dampness in the Basement ,plus her Basement walls were crumbling all the time and she knew she needed to get if fix asap because the problem kept getting worst over time .

What challenges did we face?

The challenges we faced were we had to gut the Basement and that was tough with no basement access entrance , so everything had to go out of the window.

Solutions provided:

First our certified waterproofing specialist Steve went out to talk to the homeowner about the issues she was having in the basement and educated her on the effects of having a damp basement has on the whole home . So first we have to remove all this old and rotten finish material than installed a high efficiency dehumidifier to bring the humidity level down below 50% after that we will clean down the very old stone walls than apply a vapor barrier / wire than parging . This will give the walls a nice clean look . Now along the front wall where there is a active ground water leaking we installed our Grate Sump with Grate drain to channel ground water seepage to the Sump pump this will insure she never has a leak again and that area .
