The challenge we faced was that crawl spaces can have many unseen dangers lurking under homeowners’ homes, and some of these hazards needed to be addressed directly.

To address this, our expert crawl space repair crew, led by Lamier R., completely transformed the entire space. Before starting, the crew first removed all debris from the crawl space. Then, Lamier and his team began installing waterproofing solutions, including a sump pump and encapsulation system.

Next, we installed Dimple Board drainage matting. Crawl-Shield drainage matting has raised dimples that allow any water flooding into the crawl space to channel underneath the crawl space liner. It then directs the water to the perimeter crawl space drain, and after that, we applied a moisture vapor barrier over the top of it.

Now the homeowner has peace of mind knowing that these reliable, permanent solutions have helped create a healthy home.
