The challenge the crew faced was working during a heat wave, with temperatures outside topping over 100 degrees.

To address this, Lead Foreman Victory, a 10-year veteran, installed a full perimeter Grate-Drain drainage system, along with a moisture vapor barrier on the walls and a Grate-Sump pump with a battery backup for 24-hour protection in case of a power outage. Now the basement is prepped and ready for finishing.
