The Prichards contacted us because they have placed their home on the market and on the closing day it rained and the new homeowners noticed a small puddle of water in the basement and they new they had to get this fix ASAP before the sale of their home falls through ....

The challenge we faced was that the homeowners were selling their home and had an offer on the table, but the waterproofing had to be completed to make the deal happen.

To address this, and because the previous homeowner wanted to resolve the issue only where the water was seeping in, we provided a partial drainage system with a new Grate Sump. We also encapsulated a good-sized crawl space.
