Why did the customer contact us?

Carol called us after being referred to us from her electrician after we were getting down pours and her basement started Flooding during Monday's heavy rain , So our office jump into action fast and sent project manager Steve over right away . When Steve got there it was water and mud all over the floor .

Solutions provided:

When we got there, there was a lot of mud and water on the floor, and half of the basement was finished, which made the job more challenging. Taking this into account, and because the homeowner wanted the problem solved as soon as possible, Steve arranged for a production crew to be out within a few days. We installed a drainage system with a full vapor barrier and a Grate Sump with a battery backup for 24-hour protection. We also extended the downspout 10 feet away from the home and washed the floor down. Now the basement is dry as a bone.
