Mr. Murphy called us out because he saw us working down the street from his home and he had Smells & moisture coming up from his crawlspace and even his wood floors started to buckle . Far as the Basement issue it was efflorescence crystals on the basement walls .

We totally encapsulated the entire crawlspace & sealed it off from the home , than we even installed a high efficient dehumidifier for moisture control & coated the basement walls & floor to seal moisture out . Mr. Murphy said this might be the best room in the house now .
